Job description

* Greet customers with a warm and friendly smile.

* Assist customers with their orders and recommend our signature donuts and beverages.

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience through friendly and attentive service.

* Prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring product quality.

* Handle cashiering duties and process customer payments accurately.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas.

* Ensure service stations, ingredients, and supplies are well-stocked and ready for operation.

* Perform kitchen and outlet cleaning duties during closing to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

* Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations and provide an enjoyable experience for every customer.

Job Requirement

Minimum SPM qualification

Friendly, energetic and customer-focused

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

Team player with a positive attitude

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
