Part Time F-B Manager Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in Foodguys Sdn Bhd Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant or F&B outlet.
• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise all front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Control food and beverage costs, wastage, and inventory.
• Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to maintain menu quality and consistency.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
• Handle purchasing, stock ordering, and supplier coordination.
• Prepare operational reports, budgets, and sales analysis.
• Conduct staff performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Plan and execute promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and licensing requirements.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
