Job Description

• You are required to manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
• You are required to plan and execute production and delivery
• You are assist to create and release production orders and ensure on-time closing of production orders under ERP
• Work closely with cross departments to update demand forecast
• You are required to prepare weekly ops report on the performance of production and highlight issues and bottlenecks that may potentially impact the achievement of the production schedule, materials planning,
• You are required to review and control the production progress, follow-up with relevant departments to eliminate delays by expediting material shipments
• You will works closely with purchasing and warehouse/logistics groups to ensure on-time receipt, delivery of materials and finished goods shipments
• You are required to monitors and co-ordinates on material shortages, expediting and ensuring material availability to support production plan
• You are required to analyse, prepare and submit monthly/quarterly reports on inventory, aging valuation, order delivery and service -provider performance.
• You will assists in developing, maintaining and improving existing processes, procedures and key performance metrics
• Responsible in production, material supply planning control as well as purchasing.
• Schedule the supply of materials/ components to meet the production requirements and minimum safety stock levels to ensure operational and production continuity.
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit.
• Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions.
• Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries.
• Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production.
• Any other ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

• Preferences will be given to candidates who have experience in Production, Material Planning.
• Experience in ERP system is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently.
• Resourceful, independent and meticulous.
• Excellent communication skills.
