Full Time Operation - Maintenance Engineer – Genting Jobs, in KJTS Group Berhad Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Site Leader when requested by the management.
• Assist Operation and Maintenance Manager in operation and maintenance activities and conservation program.
• Compile and maintain up to date all the data and specifications regarding operation and maintenance work and equipment.
• Assist in coordinating day to day operations of the site including determining needed repairs and improvement to meet the energy conservation program most effectively.
• Assist in maintain quality records of operation and maintenance activities.
• Assist in maintain all documents supporting quality management system.
• Assist in maintain effective and on-going quality system.
• Compile and analyze daily chiller operating date to ensure system health condition.
• Compile and analyze daily energy reading to ensure plant operating in the most efficiency manner.
• Liaise/follow up with subcontractor on the preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Attend to customer or tenant complaint.
• Carry out any other assignment as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-4 years working experience in engineering fieldwork, preferably in HVAC.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Understanding engineering standard practice.
• Good fundamental Engineering knowledge in HVAC system.
• Knowledge of computer software e.g MS Office & AutoCad.
• Demonstrates responsible behaviour and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Good technical report writing skills.
