Position: HR & Admin Executive

Job Description:
- HR Data Management: Maintaining accurate employee records, updating databases on a timely basis, ensure all personal files are well maintained, up-to-date and stored properly in the locked shelves and generating reports to support HR decision-making processes
- Payroll Administration: Manage end-to-end monthly payroll process accurately up to initiating payment transaction for statutory contributions and Monthly Tax Deductions (MTD) in a timely manner
- Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits programs, including panel clinic, sales commission, staff loan and serving as a point of contact for employee inquiries
- Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding: Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, preparing necessary paperwork, facilitating the onboarding process for new hires and exit interviews
- Training and Development: Deal with procurement team on planning and managing trainings for employees, including Food Handling Training for new-joiners and ensure completion of Typhoid injection
- Employee Engagement: Planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives, such as sports activities to foster positive work culture
- Foreign Worker Management: Liaise with manpower agency and the authority on foreign worker matters including payroll, leave records, working permit and incidents involving foreign workers
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Possess minimum 1 year of work experience in Human Resources operation.
- Fluent in written & verbal English
- Required skill(s): MS Office Excel, Word, Payroll, Autocount HRMS Software, TCMS Software.
- Willing to learn & upscale your knowledge and experience
- Great people management & communication skills
- Strong attention to details & someone who is meticulous & organized at work
- Good in planning & organizing work well
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
