We are seeking a passionate and motivated Programmer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web-based applications and systems that support business operations. The ideal candidate enjoys solving technical challenges, building quality software solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Programmer will be expected to:

• Gather, review, and analyze user requirements to develop effective system solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based applications and systems.
• Develop new programs and system enhancements based on business and operational requirements.
• Perform unit testing, system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Enhance and maintain existing applications by modifying program codes and improving functionalities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and operating procedures.
• Provide ongoing application and system support to users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and implementation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to the IT Manager.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, development methodologies, and best practices.
• Participate in on-call support duties based on the standby roster and respond within a reasonable timeframe when required.
• Undertake any other duties and projects assigned by Management from time to time.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in software development.
• Fresh graduates will not be considered for this position.
• Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a strong team player.
• Possess a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL), Entity Framework, Angular (Angular 6 and above), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and GitHub.
• Experience with .NET Core, Tableau, Flutter, Machine Learning, RESTful API Integration, and cloud-based applications or services will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
