Job Description:-

· To execute Preventive Maintenance & Predictive Maintenance Program.

· To arrange and delegate jobs for maintenance personnel.

· To make ordering of machine spare parts.

· To arrange delegate job for maintenance personnel especially at SMT Line, and to make sure all machine in good condition.

· To analyse the causes of major machine's breakdown and arrange outside machine supplier to do repairs if problem persist.

· Liaise with vendor /contractor for new factory / equipment setup.

· In prepared Preventive Maintenance Servicing Method , Monthly Machine Breakdown Summary & Analysis Report and Machine Downtime Monitoring Report

· To countercheck List of Equipment, Periodical Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Repair Report, Predictive Maintenance Measurements, Equipment Measurement Report & Spare part Control List.

· To approve Service Checklist, Repair Work Requisition & Machine Monitoring List.

· To carry out on the job training to subordinates to ensure independent job execution.

· To perform and comply the ISO/IATF requirement (such as ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO14001) and customer specification requirement.

Requirement(s):-

· Diploma / Degree in any discipline.

· At least 3 years relevant working experience.

· Experience in SMT Machine/ SMT Process.

· Document preparing, studying, solving SMT process problem.

· Process Machine printer -AOI

· Innovative self-motivated and have a good analytical mind.

Required Skill(s):-

· Working well under pressure.

· Relevant technical knowledge.

· Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.

· Team working skills.

· Good problem-solving & communication skills.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
