Senior Finance Analyst

In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.
What you will do
Prepare management reports, financial forecasts, budgets, and business case analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze product costing, operating expenses, and financial variances, providing insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
Perform month-end closing activities, including accruals, reclassifications, expense reviews, inventory reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business planning, achieve KPIs, and drive continuous process improvements.
Manage SAP Analytics Cloud reporting, deliver ad hoc financial analyses, and support finance projects and business initiatives.
What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with at least 5 years of financial analysis experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, product costing, and management reporting.
Proficiency in SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Business-fluent English, a collaborative mindset, and high integrity when handling confidential financial information.
