Job Summary:

The Customer Service Exective is responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating orders and shipments, and supporting daily customer service operations. This role involves close coordination with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of import and export activities, accurate documentation, and timely service delivery. The Customer Service Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting efficient operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Support

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers, handling daily import and export service requests
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Support customer accounts by ensuring clear communication and smooth service coordination

2. Order & Shipment Coordination

• Coordinate with internal departments including Trucking, Forwarding, Warehouse, and Documentation to ensure shipping instructions are executed smoothly
• Monitor shipment progress from booking until delivery or handover
• Provide timely shipment updates to customers and follow up on service-related issues
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure daily operations run smoothly

3. Data Accuracy & Documentation Handling

• Translate customer shipping requirements into clear and accurate instructions for the operations team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment and customer information in the Transport Management System (TMS)
• Check and verify shipping documents according to internal procedures and customer requirements to avoid billing or service discrepancies

Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
