Sepenuh Masa E-Commerce Operations Officer Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,600 in Fitness Concept Specialist Chain Sdn Bhd Subang Jaya - Maukerja

Looking for a detailed and organized E-commerce Operations Officer to manage our end-to-end order fulfillment process. Ensure every online order is received, documented in system, packed with 100% accuracy and shipped out smoothly.

Job Descriptions:

• Order Management: Monitor incoming orders daily across all e-commerce platforms
• System Documentation: Generate Delivery Orders (D/O), schedule shipping, and complete final D/O acknowledgements in the system.
• Packing & Quality Control: Pack products safely and double-check items to ensure perfect order accuracy.
• Shipping & Dispatch: Paste shipping labels/Air Waybills (AWB) securely and coordinate daily handovers with courier partners.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor the entire workflow from the moment an order is received until final ship-out.

Requirements:

• Min SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business, Logistics or any related field
• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or warehouse admin is advantages (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
• Basic computer skills manage the inventory/order system
• High attention to detail with strong sense of responsibility

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
