Job Summary:

City University Malaysia is seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at the Cyberjaya Campus. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic academic environment and collaborating with students, academic staff, and various stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of academic programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate class scheduling and academic operations to ensure efficient programme delivery.
- Manage student enrollment, registration, and academic administrative processes.
- Monitor student attendance and ensure compliance with University policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Deans, Heads of Department (HODs), and academic staff.
- Liaise with the International Office, Admissions, Registry, and Visa Unit to provide seamless student support.
- Advise and assist students and parents on programme-related matters.
- Maintain academic records and support quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the education sector or a related field.
- Experience in academic administration or student services will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- A positive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
