Tanggungjawab

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate employee personal files and HR records.
  • Monitor employee attendance, lateness and absenteeism.
  • Verify leave applications, medical certificates and attendance records.
  • Ensure all employee records are properly maintained and kept confidential
  • Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
  • Maintain filing systems for HR and administrative documents.
  • Prepare internal memos, announcements and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate with project teams to monitor foreign worker deployment and manpower allocation.
  • Assist in the application, renewal and cancellation of work permits and other immigration-related matters.
  • Arrange medical check-ups, FOMEMA appointments and other mandatory compliance requirements.

Job Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
  • Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
