We are looking for a Tech Lead Angular Front-End Developer to lead the development of modern, scalable web applications while mentoring a team of frontend engineers. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands on development with technical leadership, helping teams deliver high-quality solutions that are fast, responsive, and built to scale.

This role goes beyond developing user interfaces. You will be responsible for setting frontend development standards, reviewing code quality, mentoring developers, optimizing application performance, and ensuring projects are delivered with reliability and consistency.

You will work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams to transform ideas into engaging digital experiences while ensuring best practices are maintained across the entire frontend development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing Angular applications in a production environment
• Proven experience with Angular 15 and above
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding frontend development teams
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts
• Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt
• Strong knowledge of Git and version control best practices
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Mocha, or Jest is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to code quality
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Pay: Up to RM14,000.00 per month
