Full Time Service Advisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in TCIE Selangor - Maukerja

• Attend to customers' vehicle that coming into workshop for repair; issuing Repair Order and recommend appropriate solution.
• Distribute Repair Order to mechanic to perform the repair; consistently monitor and follow-up on the work progress to ensure completion on schedule.
• Ensure prompt submission of well documented technical reports and warranty claims within approved guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles are ready within promised time and exceed customers' expectation in service delivery quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
