Tanggungjawab

Responsibilties:

  • Daily receiving duty Goods returned from Outlet / Counter / Customer.

  • Preparing and provide Daily Stock balance report.

  • Sorting and filling all document such as DO Customer & Transfer note.

  • Coordinate with related department to ensure the DO issuing to warehouse is correct.

  • Preparing transfer note for defect item to related department.

  • Monitoring and control for stock item reservation such as customer or others.

  • Update all series number into system follow by DO end user.

  • Assist and prepare manual D/O & consignment note.

  • Perform delivery schedule and arrange shipments.

  • Conduct stock count.

  • To prepare incentive, commissions and branch expenses.

  • To perform any other duties assigned within the position level.

Job Requirements:

  • • Minimum SPM/Diploma in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

    • At least 1–3 years of working experience in warehouse, inventory & logistic.

    • Ability to work Independently
