Working Location: Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (PTP), Gelang Patah

Working Days & Hours: (5.5 days)

  • Mon - Fri : 8.30 A.M - 5.30 P.M

  • Sat : 8.30 A.M - 1.00 P.M

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of Diploma/ Degree in Logistics and Transportation or relevant fields. Fresh graduates in Logistics are encouraged to apply.

  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries related to inbound and outbound logistics.

  • Prepare and process all required shipping documentation with accuracy and timeliness for daily outbound shipments.

  • Coordinate closely with the Warehouse Team to streamline and manage inbound and outbound shipment operations.

  • Collaborate proactively with the Freight Forwarding Team to resolve customs declaration issues and ensure compliance.

  • Compile, analyze and submit detailed inventory reports for both inbound and outbound activities.
