Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects within the manufacturing site

Lead cross-functional coordination involving production, maintenance, quality, and other internal stakeholders

Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion

Prepare project documentation including Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimations

Support budgeting, cost control, and project financial tracking

Support equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation

Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for project-related activities

Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field)

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Project Engineer or similar role

Proven experience in project coordination within a manufacturing environment

Hands-on experience in manufacturing operations is required

Experience in preparing BOQ, project costing, and budget management

Experience with plant projects, equipment installation, or process improvements

Strong understanding of project management principles

Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing or preparing technical drawings

Certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is an added advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of project management tools is an advantage

Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
