1. Office Administrative Support
Handle daily office operations
Answer phone calls and respond to emails
Schedule meetings and book meeting rooms
Manage office supply inventory
2. Document Management
Organize contracts, invoices, and reports
Scan and archive documents
Data entry
Update company system records
3. Departmental Support
Assist managers or supervisors
Prepare meeting materials
Create basic reports
Track the progress of departmental tasks
4. HR Support
Maintain employee records
Assist in scheduling interviews
Prepare onboarding documentation
Manage employee leave records
5. Finance and Procurement Support
Process purchase orders (POs)
Liaise with suppliers
Organize invoices
Assist with payment documentation
Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
