We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the company's recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and day-to-day HR operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Conduct employee onboarding and maintain personnel records
• Assist with attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
• Coordinate with different departments to fulfill hiring requirements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases
• Support employee engagement activities and resolve basic HR-related queries
• Prepare HR reports and perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in an HR or recruitment role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor regulations
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
