Your new role

As a Finance Manager within the regional headquarters finance team, you will oversee the financial performance and reporting of overseas business units while partnering closely with senior finance leaders across Asia. This is a highly visible role that offers exposure to group reporting, regional finance operations, strategic investments, budgeting, tax, treasury, and business partnering activities.

• Preparation of the annual budget for active companies, including review of underlying assumptions.

• Review and assist with consolidation and quarterly reporting packages.

• Review monthly management report for companies.

• Review the tax computation for annual tax compliances matters and participate in discussions with external auditors or tax agents.

• Assist in monitoring group cash flow and funding requirements for investment holding companies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA or equivalent) with a degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Minimum 8 years of working experience with at least 3 years in Big 4 or Big 10 External Audit.

• Solid understanding of group reporting, consolidation, budgeting, and stakeholder management across multiple countries.

• Experience in the oil & gas industry is preferred, with exposure to upstream exploration, development and production (E&P) activities being a strong advantage.
