About the role
Taste of Tradition (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Office Admin Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis at our Slim River, Perak location. This is a key support role that will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office environment. The Office Admin Assistant will provide essential administrative support to management and staff, helping to maintain efficient workflows and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. This role is vital in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our team to focus on delivering quality service to our customers.
What you'll be doing
Managing office correspondence, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and bookings
Maintaining accurate filing systems and organisational records, both digital and physical
Preparing and processing administrative documents, including invoices, reports and purchase orders
Providing general administrative support to management and staff as required
Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
Answering telephone calls and directing enquiries to appropriate departments or personnel
Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases and spreadsheets
Supporting the coordination of office events, meetings and other workplace activities
Performing general office maintenance tasks and reporting any issues that require attention
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar administrative role within an office environment
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation
A professional and courteous demeanour with strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and office needs
Familiarity with office management systems and basic bookkeeping is advantageous
