Job Title: Human Resources Intern

Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Start Date: July - December 2026

Duration: (4 - 6 months)

Allowance: RM1000

As Human Resources Intern you will support HR department in carrying out daily administrative and operational tasks while gaining practical experience in various HR functions. The intern assists with recruitment, employee records, onboarding, training coordination, and other HR activities to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment Support

Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings on job boards, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.

Onboarding & offboarding

Help prepare onboarding materials, assist with new-hire orientations and support exit procedures for departing employees.

Employee Records

Update and maintain accurate employee databases and personnel files, ensuring strict confidentiality.

HR Administration

Draft HR documents and internal communications.

Culture & engagement

Assist in organizing internal company events, team building activities and staff engagement programs.

Training Coordination

Schedule internal training sessions, book venues, and coordinate with external trainers or vendor.

Payroll & Benefits

Collect & verify necessary data for payroll and benefits administration

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources & business administration.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
