Job Description

• Responsible in preparing, cutting, displaying and packing of meat products
• Monitor and maintain freshness and quality of food items
• Assist customers in selection, queries and other requirements
• Handle washing, cleaning and maintenance of equipment & utensils at the end of the day
• Maintain high food hygiene standards
• Keep record of Inventory and Wastages

Requirements

• Chef must have minimum 3 year of experience at a butchery
• 5-day work week
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
• Able to perform shift work
• Able to commit to work overtime when required
• Work location is in River Valley area

Salary: Negotiable
