We are hiring an Accounts Executive to support daily finance operations and help ensure accurate, timely, and well-managed accounting processes across the business.

What you’ll do

What We're Looking For

• Prepare, issue, and verify invoices, debit notes, credit notes, journal vouchers, and other accounting documents.

• Record daily financial transactions, collections, receipts, and payments accurately and on time.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and follow up on unusual or outstanding transactions.

• Prepare monthly finance reports, including AR ageing, MSD reports, and Bank Guarantee monitoring and utilization reports.

• Support budgeting, tax filing, and audit preparation by preparing schedules, documents, and supporting information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.   

Good to Have

• Experience in construction and maintenance industry.

• Familiarity with supplier payments, prepayments and claims processing.

• Experience supporting audit, tax or budget preparation work.
