About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to support the Senior Accountant in managing the day-to-day finance and accounting operations across RA's three entities — RA Robotics (FIZ), RA Local, and RA Fabrication. This is a hands-on role suited for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-moving engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting & Finance

• Assist in managing AP, AR, and general ledger entries

• Process and verify invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts

• Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management

• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and schedules

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records

• Assist in SST submissions, payroll processing, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)

• Support inter-company billing and transactions across RA's three entities

• Liaise with suppliers and customers on payment and billing matters

System & Reporting

• Key in and maintain accurate records in SQL Accounting software

• Generate reports and statements from SQL as required by the Senior Accountant or management

• Assist in preparing supporting documents for audit and tax purposes

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field — or equivalent working experience

• Experience in SQL Accounting software is an advantage

• Familiar with Malaysian tax and statutory requirements (SST, EPF, SOCSO, LHDN)

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or project-based companies is an advantage

• Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals are welcome to apply
