Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Warehouse Admin Head Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all warehouse administrative functions, ensuring accurate inventory records, coordinating documentation, supervising the warehouse administration team, and supporting daily warehouse operations. This role ensures smooth communication between warehouse, logistics, procurement, and other departments while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the warehouse Coordinator administration team.

  • Coordinate daily warehouse administrative activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Monitor inventory records and ensure stock accuracy in the warehouse management system (WMS/ERP).

  • Process and verify Purchase Request (PR), Delivery Orders (DO), Transfer Orders (TO), and related warehouse documentation.

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment documentation.

  • Ensure all inventory transactions are accurately recorded and updated.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.

  • Monitor stock discrepancies and coordinate investigations and corrective actions.

  • Maintain filing systems for warehouse documents and ensure compliance with audit requirements.

  • Support periodic stock counts and annual inventory audits.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse administration experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and documentation processes.

  • Experience using ERP/WMS systems

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Willing to work at Taman Medan, Petaling Jaya
