Tanggungjawab
Sales Coordination
Support sales team in processing orders and managing sales documentation.
Prepare invoices, booking documents, and related paperwork.
Ensure accuracy of customer details and sales information.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery process.
Vehicle Registration (JPJ / MySikap)
Handle end-to-end vehicle registration with JPJ.
Process registrations via MySikap system or coordinate with external runners/agents.
Prepare and verify all required documents (customer info, insurance, loan approval, etc.).
Liaise with banks, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure timely submission.
Track registration status and ensure completion before delivery.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as rejected submissions or delays.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain proper records of all sales and registration documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Follow up on loan disbursement, insurance issuance, and required approvals.
Coordination & Delivery Support
Work closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to meet delivery timelines.
Monitor order and registration progress to avoid delays.
Ensure readiness for vehicle handover.
Customer Support
Assist in handling customer inquiries related to booking, registration, and delivery status.
Provide clear updates and coordinate where necessary.
Reporting & Record Keeping
Maintain accurate tracking of orders, registrations, and deliveries.
Prepare reports on registration status and delivery timelines.
Highlight delays or issues proactively.
Team Support & Coordination
Guide and support junior sales administration staff where required.
Coordinate with logistics, PDI, and operations teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
Assist management in improving workflow and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales administration or automotive operations.
Familiar with vehicle registration process with JPJ (MySikap exposure is an advantage).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in automotive dealership environment.
Familiar with hire purchase (loan) and insurance documentation.
