• Manage effective project management for the implementation of design, installation, testing, and commissioning of Marine Fire Detection, Protection & Suppression systems.
• Perform design and prepare engineering drawings (2D/3D) and documentation as per customer and project requirements.
• Provide technical support and/or propose alternative technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Responsible for technical planning and project scheduling to ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects.
• Liaise with and maintain good relationships with customers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage project contractual terms and conditions.
• Manage project budget/cost tracking on costing of materials and labour, progress billing, etc.
• Attend clarification or site meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Compile and submit all documentation as required per the project requirements.
• Travel overseas as required by the company.
• Support in identifying and pursuing variation‑order opportunities.
• Use MX Consys programming for addressable fire detection and alarm systems.

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Marine Engineering or other relevant trades.
• At least 5years’ experience in Marine Offshore Protection System with related experience in project executions.
• Good knowledge of Marine Classification Rules & Regulations; basic knowledge of IT systems such as SCADA, PLC.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices, including risk management, threat modeling, and incident response.
• Familiarity with Fire Detection, Protection & Suppression systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
• Resourceful, results‑oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results for multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Positive attitude, strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting for addressable fire detection and alarm systems.
