Full Time Account Executive Jobs, in Malaysia Land Properties Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking/ LCCI.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in real estate/ property development.
• Able to handle full set of accounts.
• Familiar with IFCA System (for Property Management) is an added advantage.
• Independent, result-oriented and resourceful.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of accounts, budget, cash flow, costing and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly management report and analysis of financial results.
• Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.
• Assist in audit and tax preparation.
• Prepare payment voucher, petty cash voucher, journal account, account payable, etc.
• Liaise with external parties on auditing, tax, secretarial matters, bankers, government authorities, suppliers & etc.
• Maintain journal entries, analyses and inter-company accounts.
• Prepare and update of sales invoices, debit note and credit note in the accounting system.
• Assist in implementing effective internal control policies and procedures to safeguard the Company's assets.
• Assist in statutory compliance activities including local tax and accounting standards requirements.
• Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
• To ensure monthly accounts are accurately prepared on time and compliance with accounting standard & company policies.
• Performing day to day accounting operations and ad-hoc projects assigned by the management from time to time.
• Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the Superior.
