About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically inclined IT Trainee Intern to support our in-house IT operations. This role is ideal for students who want to gain hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and maintaining daily IT systems within a business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Assist in setting up and configuring computers, printers, and office devices
- Perform troubleshooting for system, connectivity, and user issues
- Support maintenance of IT equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Assist in software installation, updates, and system checks
- Maintain IT documentation and asset records
- Support users with technical issues and provide guidance when needed
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned
