Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Junior Implementation Engineer di Aizera Softec Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for a proactive and organised Junior Implementation Engineer to support ERP, MES, MOM, WMS, and digital manufacturing system implementation projects.

The role will assist in project coordination, requirement study, system testing, documentation, user training, onsite deployment, and post-go-live support.

University fresh graduates, diploma graduates, vocational school graduates, and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support ERP, MES, MOM, WMS, and smart manufacturing system implementation.
• Assist in project planning, task follow-up, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with customers, users, software developers, and internal project teams.
• Support requirement gathering and document customer workflows.
• Assist in system setup, master data preparation, and user account setup.
• Perform system testing and support User Acceptance Testing.
• Record and follow up on system issues, bugs, risks, and pending tasks.
• Support onsite deployment, terminal PC setup, barcode scanner testing, printer testing, and network checking.
• Prepare project documents, meeting minutes, user guides, training materials, and issue reports.
• Assist in user training and provide first-level support during trial run, go-live, and post-go-live.

Requirements

• Diploma, Degree, Vocational Certificate, or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Business Information Systems, or related field.
• Fresh graduates, diploma graduates, vocational school graduates, and entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Basic IT knowledge such as computer setup, networking, barcode scanner, printer, Microsoft Excel, or system usage.
• Good communication, documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work with customers and internal teams.
• Willing to travel to customer sites when required.

Added Advantage

• Knowledge or hands-on experience in CNC precision machining, CNC machine operation, tooling, NC programs, or manufacturing shopfloor processes.
• Basic database knowledge such as SQL, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, database structure, or data reporting.
• Basic understanding of ERP, MES, WMS, manufacturing process, project coordination, software testing, or customer support.
