Full Time Line Associate Engineer (Wafer Bumping Process) Jobs, in UTAC - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Work with Process Engineers to support, coordinate and follow up on all manufacturing / process related activities
• Support Process Engineers in monitoring line performance / quality / yield
• Monitor abnormal lots on daily basis
• Support the Process Engineers on material and process qualification / evaluation activities
• Ensure that the line complies in all the quality procedures / controls / system implemented by Process Engineers
• Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time
• Support new product introduction / device and package qualification builds.

Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering
