Role Summary

An established multinational organization is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee enterprise-wide financial controlling activities. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, strengthening governance and internal controls, leading a high-performing finance team, and driving operational excellence across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial controlling function, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality financial reporting.
• Oversee financial close, reporting, and accounting activities while maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders and finance stakeholders to support strategic decision-making and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, financial policies, and internal control requirements.
• Review and enhance finance processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and reporting quality.
• Support internal and external audit activities and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen finance operations and reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent).
• Prior experience in a Big Four audit firm is essential.
• Extensive experience in financial reporting, accounting, or financial controlling within a large, complex organization.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial controls, and corporate governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, improve processes, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
