You will have an exposure into Human Resources job function but no limit to HR business
partnering, employee engagement, employee survey, HR reporting, and other HR related tasks.
What you will do
- Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to support multiple business units within
- the organization.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
- Coordinate and execute various company events and activities.
- Participate in recruitment efforts and represent the organization at career fairs.
- Manage the application of training grants and handle claims-related matters from HRDC.
- Conduct post-training evaluations and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires and contribute to induction coordination.
- Support the scheduling of exit interviews.
- Prepare HR-related reports, including training reports and leave reports, as needed.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as deemed necessary.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or
- related field.
- Available for a 6-month internship
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong team player.
- Curious and passionate about HR job function.
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an added
- advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- High sense of discipline and confidentiality.
