Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Operation - Maintenance Engineer - GENTING di KJTS Group Berhad Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Purpose

• Assist the Operation & Maintenance Manager in the operation and maintenance activities for the respective site and to implement an energy conservation program to support the organization's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Site Leader when requested by the management.
• Assist the Operation and Maintenance Manager in operation and maintenance activities and the conservation program.
• Compile and maintain up-to-date all the data and specifications regarding operation and maintenance work and equipment.
• Assist in coordinating day-to-day operations of the site, including determining needed repairs and improvements to meet the energy conservation program most effectively.
• Assist in maintaining quality records of operation and maintenance activities.
• Assist in maintaining all documents supporting the quality management system.
• Assist in maintaining an effective and ongoing quality system.
• Compile and analyze daily chiller operating data to ensure system health conditions.
• Compile and analyze daily energy readings to ensure the plant is operating in the most efficient manner.
• Liaise/follow up with subcontractor on the preventive and corrective maintenance work.
• Attend to customer or tenant complaint.
• Carry out any other assignment as assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of working experience in the engineering field, preferably in HVAC.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Understanding engineering standard practice.
• Good fundamental Engineering knowledge in HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of computer software, e.g., MS Office & AutoCad.
• Demonstrates responsible behaviour and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good technical report writing skills.
