THE ROLE: Executive/Senior Executive, Sales Support
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive and Assistant Manager, Sales Support to provide operational and administrative support to our Domestic Recruitment team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations, supporting student enrolment processes, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating events that enhance the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Administration
- Manage intake setup and finance handover processes.
- Prepare and submit bi-weekly sales reports and periodic upgrader and referral reports.
- Process refunds, credit notes and other sales administration requests.
- Coordinate website updates, including preview schedules, course information and fee amendments.
- Manage SMS and email campaigns, including opt-out requests in Salesforce.
- Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support continuous process improvements.
- Coordinate assigned IT-related projects and follow up with stakeholders.
- Maintain inventory records for marketing collaterals and promotional items.
- Support ad hoc operational projects assigned by the management team.
Student Support
- Issue promotional vouchers and welcome packs to eligible students.
- Ensure enrolment and finance documentation is complete and audit compliant.
- Prepare bridging letters and support Murdoch University administrative processes, including student photo submissions and offshore documentation.
Events & Logistics
- Support the planning and execution of Open Houses, Preview Sessions, University Fairs and Graduation ceremonies.
- Coordinate event logistics, marketing materials and promotional collateral.
- Provide operational support during weekend events when required.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare sales and operational reports to support business planning.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, ERO and partner universities to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Maintain accurate records within Salesforce and other internal systems.

Qualifications:
Academic & Professional Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to support weekend recruitment and marketing events when required.
Work Experience
- Experience in sales support, administration, customer service or operations.
Technical Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Prior experience using Salesforce or other relevant CRM system will be an advantage.
Other Information:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
