Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Marketing & Client Relations Associate to support both our marketing initiatives and client engagement efforts.

In this role, you will assist in planning marketing campaigns, coordinating events, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining a consistent brand presence across various channels. You will also play an important role in supporting advisors by managing client communications, scheduling appointments, responding to enquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience.

You will work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate client records, gather feedback, support outreach initiatives, and contribute to strengthening long-term client relationships through excellent service and efficient operations.

Selected candidates will be sponsored to obtain the required Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) financial licence as part of their professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate client events, seminars, workshops, and engagement activities.
• Prepare and update marketing materials, presentations, and digital content.
• Manage client enquiries and maintain timely, professional communication.
• Schedule appointments and support advisors with administrative coordination.
• Maintain accurate client databases and CRM records.
• Gather and analyse client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Support marketing reporting and basic performance analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and follow-up.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• A customer-centric mindset with strong client service and relationship management skills.
• An interest in marketing, social media, digital outreach, and event coordination.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with confidence in working with basic reports and data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems or databases.
• The ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, on-site work environment.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in client service, marketing, administration, or financial services is an advantage, but not essential.
• A strong commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
