Full Time Financial Systems Analyst Jobs, in Evolution Singapore - Maukerja

We are looking for a Financial System Analyst to support financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical capabilities across the business. This role bridges Finance and IT, working closely with stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and reporting solutions using ERP systems and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial reports, forecasts, dashboards, and analytical models.
• Perform reporting and analysis for cash flow, budgeting, P&L, balance sheet, and management reporting.
• Gather reporting requirements from Finance and business stakeholders.
• Work with IT and development teams to extract, validate, and analyse data from ERP systems and databases.
• Build reporting solutions using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Improve reporting automation and streamline manual processes.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting outputs.

Key Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and corporate finance concepts.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong Excel skills including Power BI, Power Query, pivots, and financial modelling.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience building reports, dashboards, and forecasting models.
• Ability to work closely with both Finance and technical/IT teams.

Preferred

• Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.
• Exposure to APIs, ETL, or data integration.
• FP&A or operational finance experience.
• Exposure to shipping, commodities, or trading environments.
