Tanggungjawab

  • Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, courses, and promotions.
  • Follow up with potential customers and existing clients.
  • Assist in handling customer registrations, appointments, and documentation.
  • Resolve basic customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships through professional communication.
  • Update customer records and maintain database accuracy.

Pay: From RM500.00 per month
