Job Title: Account Executive (Full Set)

Key Responsibilities
- Full-Set Management: Independently manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, management accounts, and support month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily accounting functions, accurate data entry, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
- Compliance & Audit: Assist in preparing schedules and documentation for external audits, corporate tax filing, and statutory compliance matters.
- Documentation: Maintain systematic, organized, and complete filing of all accounting and financial records for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team members to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant financial operations.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (LCCI / ACCA foundation / equivalent).
- Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Capability: Ability to handle full-set accounts independently, multitask effectively, and meet tight financial reporting deadlines.
- Attributes: High level of responsibility, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
- Mindset: A positive team player with great communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow alongside the company.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Million, UBS, or SAP) is highly advantageous.
