We're growing our quality team and looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail who can help us hold the line on product and documentation quality across every project.

The Role

As a Quality Control Engineer, you'll inspect and verify products and components against engineering drawings and standards, support FAT/SAT and client witness inspections, and help drive root cause analysis when nonconformities come up. You'll work closely with production, suppliers, and clients to keep our quality documentation audit-ready and our equipment including hazardous area equipment compliant. This is a great role for someone who's meticulous, calm under pressure, and takes pride in getting things right the first time.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-process and final inspection of products and components
• Verify compliance with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and standards
• Review and maintain quality documentation, including QC reports, inspection records, FAT reports, and ITPs
• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for nonconformities
• Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and client witness inspections
• Liaise with suppliers and clients on quality matters
• Ensure traceability of materials and components throughout the process

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field)
• 2–5 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a related engineering field
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, electrical panels, or hazardous area equipment is preferred
• Understanding of quality standards and inspection methods (visual, dimensional, functional tests)
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, datasheets, and standards
• Knowledge of calibration and measuring tools (Vernier caliper, process meter, multimeter, etc.)
• Working knowledge of electrical testing — IP testing, insulation, continuity, and earthing
• Familiarity with ISO 9001
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with good communication and report-writing skills
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work under pressure during FAT or urgent client projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
