Job Description:

• Support the Warehouse Manager in daily receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Supervise and guide warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily workflow.
• Assist in planning manpower, workflows, and space to meet productivity and service targets.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and organized warehouse environment.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with inbound, outbound, and logistics teams to achieve delivery targets.
• Oversee stock accuracy and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor delivery partner performance and explore cost‑efficient alternatives.
• Provide timely shipment updates to the sales team.
• Manage arrangements for local deliveries and courier shipments.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3 years & above of warehouse/logistics experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics processes & operations compliances procedure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and any Warehouse or Inventory management system.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Willing and able to travel monthly and conduct operations compliances audit.
• Multiple location warehouse management experience would be advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,600.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Johor Bahru: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Warehouse : 1 year (Preferred)
