We're growing our logistics team and looking for someone who's organized, hands-on, and ready to keep our shipments, warehousing, and documentation running smoothly.

The Role

As a Junior Logistics Executive, you'll support the day-to-day coordination of transportation, warehousing, and inventory — tracking shipments, liaising with suppliers and internal teams, and keeping documentation audit-ready. You'll also get exposure to freight negotiation and inter-company logistics across the wider ISEP group. This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety, works well independently, and wants to build a solid foundation in supply chain operations.

What You'll Do

• Assist in planning and coordinating daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery, addressing issues as they arise
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes and resolve discrepancies
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to shipping, receiving, and inventory
• Review and authorize Internal Delivery Orders and Shipping Documents
• Handle logistics and warehouse activities for other companies owned by or related to ISEP (M) Sdn Bhd
• Negotiate freight, packing, and other related costs with vendors and service providers
• Analyse and report on logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
• Prepare accurate reports for management, and documentation for audits
• Review client purchase orders and shipment contents before release, and execute logistics plans for delivery of products, trading, and finished goods
• Support the Logistics Manager in developing and implementing logistics strategies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
• Support other departments and take on ad-hoc duties as required

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, Transportation, or a related field
• Fresh graduates welcome; prior internship or working experience in logistics is an advantage
• Comfortable with shipping documentation, inventory records, and basic reporting
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Organized and able to multitask across several shipments/orders at once
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics
