What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our sales team, your primary responsibility will be driving new business growth across Malaysia.Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and prospecting new customers through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and other business development channels.
- Booking and attending customer meetings to present MCFT's services and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline while consistently achieving weekly and monthly KPIs for calls, meetings, proposals, and wins.
- Preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
- Negotiating commercial agreements and successfully closing new business opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to prospective customers by understanding their operational needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process and exceptional service delivery.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is motivated, commercially minded, and passionate about developing new business. The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of generating and winning new business in a Business Development or Sales role.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, networking, and meeting with senior decision-makers.
- The ability to overcome objections and manage complex sales opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and sales activity.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the drive to exceed targets.

Annual Leave:
- (a) 8 days for every 12 months of continuous service with the same employer if he has been employed by that employer for a period of less than 2 years.
- (b) 12 days for every 12 months of continuous service with the same employer if he has been employed by that employer for a period of 2 years or more but less than 5 years;
- (c) 16 days for every 12 months of continuous service with the same employer if he has been employed by that employer for a period of 5 years or more.
Sick Leave:
- (a) 14 days for the first 2 years of continuous service
- (b) 18 days for continuous service between 2 and 5 years
- (c) 22 days for continuous service over 5 years
Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
