Full Time Finance Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in SSRV (M) Federal Territory - Maukerja

• Lead, manage, supervise, and develop the Finance Department to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Oversee all finance and accounting functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare, review, and ensure the timely completion of the full set of accounts, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly management reports, financial analysis, and variance reports for Management.
• Manage the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, banking facilities, and treasury functions to ensure healthy financial management.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, payments, and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with taxation requirements, including SST, corporate tax, withholding tax, and other statutory obligations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, regulatory authorities, and government agencies.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial policies, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
• Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, and inventory accounting.
• Provide financial insights, recommendations, and risk assessments to support business decisions and strategic planning.
• Ensure timely submission of all statutory reports and regulatory filings.
• Lead the annual audit process and coordinate the preparation of audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, increase efficiency, and enhance cost control measures.
• Support management with financial modelling, business analysis, and special projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, MIA, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing full set of accounts.
• Comprehensive understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), Companies Act, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, treasury, and cash flow management.
• Experience in managing external audits, tax matters, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and people management abilities.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet reporting deadlines with accuracy.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
