Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily outlet operations to ensure smooth workflow, compliance with SOPs, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Recruit, lead and train outlet supervisors and staff to build strong, high-performing teams.
• Oversee daily branch activities to maintain efficiency and high service standards.
• Monitor and review staff performance regularly, providing guidance and feedback.
• Manage the supply chain, including purchasing, inventory control, and logistics.
• Track labor and inventory costs, prepare reports, and ensure operations stay within budget while maintaining quality.
• Inspect outlets, facilities, and equipment to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service and handle customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and disciplinary action when necessary to maintain team performance and discipline.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales, improve operations, and support marketing and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in F&B Services Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in the F&B or service industry.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Confident, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel and highly committed to job responsibilities.
• Honest, reliable, and equipped with strong managerial skills.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
