Job description:

Job scope of duties are as follows:-

• Directly responsible for leading the operations and overall quality systems in production, coordinate with materials procurement, production planning, quality control, communication and continuous improvement.
• Planning and organizing staff shift roster and tasks
• Reporting plant or machinery breakdowns to maintenance technicians
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety requirements at the factory area
• Stock control
• Motivating your team
• Producing management reports on performance
• Monitoring quality control
• Update paperwork such as daily production report, sick leave and ISO documents
• Identify and organizing training needs

Other Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.

Technical knowledge :

• At least basic knowledge of machine maintenance , documentation and system.
