Kerja Sepenuh Masa Quantity Surveyor, Gaji tinggi SGD 4,000 di S-team Services Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders
• Responsible for quantity take off, sourcing of subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare and submit variation and cost claims
• Procurement of materials and project related items
• Manage project timeline and cost, carry out rates and commercial negotiations
• Managing the contracts in accordance with the terms and conditions with respect to financial complications
• Assist Project Director/Manager/Snr QS on contractual disputes and arbitration
• Others as when instructed by the Management.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position in the renovation industry
• Diploma in Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent or relevant academic background
• Strong commitment and strict adherence to report deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
• Good communications & interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to start work within a short notice preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,000.00 per month
