This role entails providing support to the floor team to deliver guests and members a wonderful dining experience.

KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES

• Setting up the floor during opening and closing procedures

• Guiding and training part time staff in their duties and responsibilities as floor commis

• Maintaining the condiment stations

• Maintaining the MEP polishing stations

• Setting up the kitchen pass and manning the food running shifts

• Setting up each service station with the necessary cutleries/glassware that it needs to run the operation and continually replenishing side stations

• Delivering food and drinks to tables

• Supporting the captains with station maintenance, clearing and resetting tables and mise en place for service

• Supporting reservations with seating shifts

• Managing laundry inventory and check in/out of deliveries for service

• Follow club’s policies, procedures and service standards
