### Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented **Logistics Executive** to support the coordination of daily logistics and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will assist in inventory management, shipment coordination, and ensuring the efficient movement of goods while maintaining high operational standards.

### Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and logistics partners.

* Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

* Prepare shipping documents and ensure timely order fulfillment.

* Track deliveries and resolve logistics-related issues.

* Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to support daily operations.

* Maintain accurate logistics documentation and reports.

* Ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations.

* Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations.

### Requirements

* Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

* Previous experience in logistics or supply chain is an advantage but not required.
